Paint Finish

A paint’s finish or ‘sheen’ refers to the surface texture the paint creates as well as how much light bounces off the painted surface, both of which can affect the way the eye perceives colour. So, in addition to paint colour, the finish, as well as the surface, needs to be considered before painting. some finishes work better than others on certain surfaces in specific colours and in a specific light. Flat, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss, gloss are the various paint finishes commonly used.

Stone cladding

Stone cladding is a layer of natural stone applied to the walls. When applied it gives an effect such that the wall is made of the natural stone itself. Artificial stones can also be applied, but usually, natural stones are preferred. Natural stone cladding is produced by quarrying different stones and milling them into thin pieces. moisture may get trapped behind the material if poorly installed and that could damage the stone. Also if untreated, there are chances of corrosion. Therefore, tile cladding is preferred over stone cladding in most of the cases.

Tile cladding

Cladding can serve both a decorative and functional purpose. It is used to complement the architectural style of the building while also offering protection from rain, wind, snow, and other outside elements. Building cladding can also add insulation to the structure while minimizing sound transmission through the walls. Nowadays it is used for aesthetic purposes as well. They are available in an infinite number of patterns and designs. Due to their texture and sheen, they score over paint finish.

Wood Panelling

Wooden cladding offers the design freedom, ease of handling, range and natural beauty of timber. It can transform a building to suit almost any environment, taste or style.
